This research paper examines the relationship between extrinsic and intrinsic recognition willingness to stay in an organization. The study is descriptive correlational. sample size for this was 400, where respondents were categorized according gender, age group, highest education level, job position. A questionnaire used maintain diversity information collection come appropriate conclusion. found that most employees consider monetary reward important training development as least at bank. Similarly, seem respond positively they would like continue their work organization if provided with attractive salaries incentive packages from current job. In intention stay, it there a positive (extrinsic intrinsic) stay. It very human resources department understand whether or not are happy what receiving. high time management should think prefer pay promotion, having these factors, will be able retain them. Hence, can concluded system of banks must improved both ways: recognition.
